Nope - sale prices apply automatically and will show in your cart. No codes required.
Can I stack a discount code with sale items?
Negative - additional discount codes won’t be available.
Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Where are the products shipped from?
All products are shipped from our Australian based site.
What’s the return policy on sale items?
All purchases, including sale items, are covered by our 30-day return policy.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Absolutely. If you’re not completely stoked with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify my order after checkout?
During certain periods, order volumes can be high which can make changes tricky. If you’ve ordered the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been processed, it will need to go through our standard returns process.
I haven’t received an order confirmation - what should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, your order may not have completed successfully. Please reach out to the Crank Caps team so we can check it for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - as long as it hasn’t already been processed. During sale periods, we can’t guarantee cancellations due to high order volumes.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Email us as soon as possible so we can try to sort it out.
