Thanks for shopping with Crank Caps. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Application of this policy
This policy applies to products purchased online from AAPS Services Group Pty Ltd (ACN 660 721 746) trading as Crank Caps (Crank Caps) through our website <https://crankcaps.com.au/> (Website).
Crank Caps is based in New South Wales, Australia and conducts its business predominantly online. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered, and should be read together with the following documents:

By placing an order through the website, you acknowledges and agree to this Shipping Policy.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping but stay tuned.
Orders may be refused or cancelled where shipping is not available to the nominated address.
If an order is placed for a location that cannot be serviced, Crank Caps may contact the you to arrange an alternative address, amend the order, or cancel the order and provide a refund for any amount paid for undeliverable items.
Shipping Costs
Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout or otherwise notified before the order is finalised.
We offer:
- Standard Shipping – Australia
- Flat rate: $8.00
- Express Shipping – Australia
- Flat rate: $12.00
- Free Shipping – Australia
- on orders over: $50.00
Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.
Processing Time
All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in NSW) after payment has been received in full.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll let you know via email.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
- Interstate Metro: 3–6 business days
- Regional / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are provided by third party carriers, are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or the selected courier. This may be due to:
- order volume;
- public holidays;
- stock availability;
- manufacturing lead times;
- custom or made-to-order items; and
- events outside Crank Caps reasonable control.
While Crank Caps uses reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to matters outside its reasonable control, including:
- carrier disruptions;
- extreme weather events;
- industrial action;
- supply chain interruptions;
- customs processing;
- high seasonal demand; or
- incorrect customer information.
Crank Caps is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond its reasonable control, subject to any rights you may have under law.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, Crank caps may send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Delivery is taken to occur when the order is delivered to your nominated address at checkout, including where:
- the parcel is left at the address in accordance with your delivery instructions;
- the parcel is accepted by a person at that address who reasonably appears to be authorised to receive it; or
- the parcel is delivered to a collection point, parcel locker or post office in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- the delivery address is correct and complete;
- the address is accessible for delivery;
- any authority to leave instructions are appropriate; and
- someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Crank Caps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Contact Us page.
Where an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, Crank Caps may:
- charge a re-delivery fee;
- require payment of further shipping costs before re-dispatch;
- cancel the order and refund the purchase price less any non-recoverable shipping, handling or carrier charges, to the extent permitted by law.
Authority to Leave
If you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address, delivery will be at your risk from the time the parcel is left in accordance with those instructions.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and the parcel is not able to be delivered, the carrier may:
- re-attempt delivery;
- leave a card or notification for collection; or
- return the parcel to Crank Caps.
If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or you were not available to receive it, Crank Caps may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
To the extent permitted by law, Crank Caps is not generally responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after a parcel has been left in accordance with your authority or instructions.
However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the Contact Us page.
Include your order number, details of the issue, proof of purchase and photos (if applicable), and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple items, Crank Caps may dispatch the order in separate shipments if this is reasonably necessary due to stock availability, manufacturing times, warehouse logistics, or parcel size limitations.
Unless otherwise agreed, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments caused by Crank Caps
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Products
If an item is listed as a pre-order, backorder, or made-to-order product, dispatch times may be longer than standard processing times.
Estimated dispatch dates for these products are indicative only and may change. If there is a material delay, Crank Caps may notify you using the contact details provided with the order.
Where required by law, you will be given any applicable refund rights in relation to delayed or unavailable goods.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
